I first found JoAnne 8 or so years ago when I had overplucked my brows, and she worked with me to restore them to their natural beauty, and I have been with her ever since. I love her personally, and truly she is a genious with brows. I travel from Tualatin all the way to NorthWest to see her for the waxing! She is an artist! I don't trust my face to anyone else!
