The sweet smell of sage and sweet grass, the soft sounds of flute music, art that touches the soul and every nook and cranny full of surprises and treasures, all these make visiting Cedar Mountain Drums an experience in engaging the senses...smells, sounds, clean energy and a cornucopia of beautiful artisanship and one of kind products. Each visitor can take the time to breathe in the essence of healing energy. We believe that we are here to offer information, assistance and open, playful hearts. We make buffalo, elk, deer, horse and moose Native American style hoop drums, ceremonial (pow wow) drums and shamanic rattles at our location. Members of our community also craft smudge fans, talking sticks, dream catchers, beaded chokers and other traditional objects. We sell kits and raw materials for drum and rattle making. We carry a large variety of Native style wooden flutes from such makers as Woodsounds, Loomis, Steller, Quiet Bear and more. We also have hard to find craft supplies, such as porcupine quills, deer toes and horse hair, and traditional herbs for smudging and medicine. We carry djembes from Africa, doumbeks from Pakistan, gongs from China, singing bowls from Nepal, plus drum bags & other accessories. We offer workshops on drum making, classes, weekly drum circles & children's drumming. We also rent drums!
